Directions: Mix ICE in cold water in a shaker bottle for best resultss. Split dose and consume 1/3 immediately prior to workout and the remainder should be sipped during the workout. Optimal dose is determined by bodyweight, lean body mass to be more specific. Determine bodyfat percentage and then subtract fat mass from total body mass. The figure you are left with is your lean body mass (LBM). For example, a 220 pound athlete carrying 10% bodyfat would have 22 pounds of fat mass, therefore this athletes LBM calculates out to 198 pounds. Now take your LBM and multiply that by 0.2, in this example the new figure which is used for dosage (in grams) is 39.6. Each serving of ICE provides 10 grams of product (2 scoops) so in this case the athlete would mix approximately 4 servings (8 scoops) of ICE in water. For optimal results do not use less than half of the recommended dose. Fluid amounts can vary but for a good starting point use 4-6 ounces per 2 scoop serving of ICE.
