Directions: As an adult dietary supplement, begin by taking 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach. After 3 days, the dosage may be increased to 2 capsules (1 serving), depending on the users tolerance and preference. Continue taking 1-2 capsules per day for up to 8 weeks, followed by a break of at least 4 weeks .
