Gluta Alkaline is L-Glutamine and Trans-Alanyl-Glutamine. Studies show that L-Glutamine plays a role in protein synthesis, and at the same time helps to promote an anabolic state by down-regulating catabolic activity. In fact, some important researchers are now suggesting that Glutamine might be the most important of all amino acids – as it provides a component in muscle metabolism and cellular support not shared by any other single amino acid. In addition to L-Glutamine, CPS incorporates Trans-Alanyl-Glutamine, which may be more optimally taken up into the blood stream providing for greater muscle tissue levels of L-Glutamine. Directions: As a dietary supplement, take with approximately 6 ounces of water or juice. For best potential results, take pre/intra/post workout. Beginners: Take one (1) servings (1 scoop), twice daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
