Directions: As a dietary supplement, begin by taking one serving (1 scoop) prior to breakfast to assess tolerance. If well tolerated, an additional scoop may be added to your morning dose, or taken in the early afternoon. Do NOT Exceed 3 scoops in a 24 hour period and do NOT take past 4-5PM. Taking LIV Hybrid Weight-Loss late in the day can interfere with sleep. Take for 4-8 weeks, followed by a 4 week break before restarting. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration. Do NOT exceed recommended use.
