Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, under 200 lbs take 1 scoop with 8-10 oz of water during/after workouts. Adults over 200 lbs take 2 scoops with 8-10 oz of water during/after workouts. Read warnings and only use as directed. Store in a cool, dry place.
