Directions: MVP Fuel is an intense pre-workout formula. Carefully read the entire directions and warning statements before consuming and follow the tolerance assessment protocol. To assess tolerance, mix ½ serving (½ scoop) with 4-6 oz of cold water and mix vigorously. Once tolerance is established, you may increase to a full serving (1 scoop) with 8-12 oz cold water.
