Directions: Ingredients tend to settle. Shake container well to re-mix powder before every use. Add 1-2 rounded scoops of Pursuit Rx Pre-Workout with 10 ounces of water per scoop (serving) and consume 30-45 minutes prior to workout. NOTE: Shake container before each use to thoroughly mix ingredients. Pursuit Rx Pre-Workout is made only with natural ingredients; there are no binders or fillers so be sure to shake the container before use. Some beet root, tart cherry and pomegranate fruit flakes may be noticeable, due to the high quality of natural ingredients and maintaining the greatest level of identity/potency.
