Directions: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before breakfast on an empty stomach. A second capsule may be consumed 4-6 hours later, prior to lunch. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Immediately discontinue use if you experience dizziness, severe headaches, rapid heartbeat or shortness of breath.
