We combine Potassium, Uva Ursi (Bearberry), and Parsley with a botanical blend of Cornsilk Stylus, Couchgrass Rhizome, Rose Hips, Elecampane Root, Goldenrod, Celery Seed and Dandelion Root to create an effective and gentile diuretic blend. Watershed is ephedra free, caffeine free and stimulant free.

Directions: Take 2 tablets in the A.M. and 2 tablets in the P.M. Drink 8 oz. glass of water with each dosage. Use only for 3 days consecutively. Take one day off, begin again. Its helpful to drink water throughout the day.
